• You may check in from 14:00 hours until 20:00 hours.
• You must check out by 09:30 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Deposit

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
