Our apartment building is located in the heart of the resort town “Bad Griesbach”, offering a beautiful view of the resort park. The building consists of 34 double and 25 single apartments with or without balcony. Our shopping arcade offers 2 boutiques and one beauty parlour. On the ground floor you will find our café and restaurant, a massage studio and a vending machine. The underground parking garage (for a fee) is located directly below the building. From here, you will also access the “Bathrobe Passage” and the apartments up to the second floor.

Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 13:00 hours until 18:00 hours.
• You must check out by 12:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 2.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 3.10 per day.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Deposit

No deposit will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 14 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 11.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
