At the heart of the Muensterland the traditional and family run hotel “Zur Post” welcomes you to stay. If you are on vacation or just staying for one night, if you are a single traveller or travelling in a group, we offer a warm, individual and personal ambiance to feel good.
Our restaurant has an excellent regional rustic cuisine all served in a traditional room or an bright glass house.

Check In / Check Out
- You may check in from 16:00 hours until 23:00 hours.
- You must check out by 13:00 hours.
Cancellations
If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

We offer comfortable single, double and triple rooms for our guests. The choice between smoking or non smoking rooms is possible on request. The rooms have en suite bathrooms and are equipped with all common facilities. Most of the rooms have a balcony.

Restaurants and Bars
In the morning we offer a varied breakfast buffet in the conservatory.
Our restaurant offers regional seasonal menus that are created with local products. We have two conference and events rooms that are suitable for all kinds of events or celebrations.
During the summer months guests can use our cosy beer garden with courtyard and fountain. The rustic pub is the heart of the hotel and the ideal place for a chat with friends while having a beer or cocktail.
Directions
By car:
- Take the A1 exit Münster Nord, then the B54 towards Steinfurt
- After about 35 km take the exit Wettringen and then the B499
- After 8 km you will come to the entrance of the village
- Turn right. You will find the hotel after about 100 m on the right side.

- Take the A30 exit Rheine Nord B70 towards Steinfurt
- After 12 km take the exit Wettringen
- At the entrance of the village turn left. You will find us after about 800 m on the left side.
or
- Take the A31 exit Ochtrup, then the B54 towards Steinfurt / Wettringen.
After about 12 km you will find us in the city centre on the right side.
