Situated in the heart of a pine forest and 1 km from the Atlantic Ocean, the residence welcomes you for holidays where the keynotes are nature, sports or idleness.

The building’s architecture was designed in the utmost respect of the tradition of the Landes region.

From June 20th to September 12th 2009, the residence offers weekly stays with arrival and departure on Saturdays.

Guests staying in an apartment or cottage must pay laundry service and TV charges upon arrival. Pets are allowed but an extra fee will be charged.

Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 17:00 hours until 20:00 hours.
• You must check out by 10:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.90 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.

Deposit

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

From 16 June to 15 September 2008, check-in is from 17:00 to 20:00, and check-out from 08:00 to 10:00.

The rest of the year, from Monday to Friday, guests must contact the hotel in order to arrange key delivery. Check-out is from 08:00 to 10:00.

The swimming pool will be open from 24 May to 30 September 2008.
