The residence lies in the city centre, 500m away from the old town and the old harbour. It provides air-conditioned apartments, within a stone's throw of the shopping centre and the beach.

Visit Menton's famous gardens as well as the baroque basilica of Saint-Michel-Archange, with its bell-tower, which is one of the most beautiful spots of the area. Nearby you will also find the Musée Jean Cocteau.

Guests can choose the "Comfort +" formula that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It includes:
Beds made up for arrival.
Two sets of bathroom linen per person left in the apartment.
End of stay cleaning (except kitchen area and washing-up).
Cleaning kit.
Television.

Guests can also choose the "Baby Kit" that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It will be provided in the apartment with:

• You must check out by 10:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.80 city/tourist tax per person older than 14 years per night is not included.

DEPOSIT
A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.

The reception is open from 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 at Saturdays, from 10:00 to 12:00 at Sundays and from 10:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday. The reception is closed on Sunday afternoon.
