Ideally set on the banks of the Indre river, in the heart of an extraordinary medieval town and facing the Logis Royal, the residence is made up of former flour-mills that have been fully renovated and small contemporary buildings, built in perfect harmony with the natural surroundings.

It features very comfortable apartments, close to the city centre. Visit the many nearby attractions of this Town of Art and History. Benefit from a great starting-point to explore the castles of the Loire Valley (known as Châteaux de la Loire).

Guests can choose the "Premium" formula that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It includes:
Beds made for arrival.
Change of the bathroom linen in the middle of the stay.
Mid-stay cleaning.

Guests can also choose the "Baby Kit" that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It will be provided in the apartment with:
Folding baby cot with 1 sheet.

Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 17:00 hours onwards.
• You must check out by 10:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

DEPOSIT
A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.

The reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 Sunday to Thursday, from 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 20:00 at Fridays, from 08:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 20:00 at Saturdays. The reception is close on Wednesday afternoons.
