Late Arrivals: Guests must arrive at the hotel prior to 23:00 hrs. Your room cannot be guaranteed after 23:00 hrs. If you can’t change your time of arrival, please contact the hotel prior to 23:00 hrs local time. In the case of no-show and if you cannot cancel your reservation after 23:00, the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to the first night of the booking.
