The Iona is situated on the Waterside end of Craigavon Bridge and is close to all sites of interest, such as Derry walls. The Iona has 11 rooms with en suite bathrooms, complemented by 3 self-contained apartments which can sleep up to 5 people. With double, twin and triple rooms also available, all circumstances can be accommodated for. Rooms are equipped with a variety of convenient amenities, including the chance for a welcome a tea or coffee after a busy day's exploration.
The Iona has 2 twin rooms, but the triple rooms can also be used as such if required (at no extra cost), making a possibility of 4 if required.

Meals for group bookings can be arranged at the Iona. Alternatively, there are 3 restaurants within walking distance which cater to all culinary needs.
The Iona House, next door, has a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
The Iona Inn is at the end of Craigavon bridge facing the old walled city. The inn itself must be passed en route from either the main Dublin road or the roads from Belfast and Coleraine (Giants Causeway) into the heart of the city.
By car from the A6:
- As you approach Londonderry, you will find yourself on the Glenshane Road stretch of the A6.
- At this point, look out for a left onto Church Brae.
- Take this left and then the next right to stay on Church Brae.
- Continue on this road, which becomes Irish Street.
- Turn right onto Fountain Hill.
- At the end of the road, turn left onto Spencer Road, where the Iona Inn is situated.
From the A2 / City of Derry Airport (13 km / 8 miles):
- Stay on the A2 until you reach the King Street junction in Londonderry.
- Continue straight onto Clooney Terrace and bear right onto Spencer Road, where the Iona Inn is situated.
By Train (from Londonderry Station):
Exit the station and head towards the roundabout. Turn right onto Duke Street and then take the next left onto Spencer Road, where the Iona Inn is situated.
