Autumn Leaves offers a range comfortable rooms to accommodate the single traveller, couples, families and small groups. All rooms are equipped with a colour TV, alarm clock radio and complementary toiletries and fluffy towels. Each room has extensive hospitality tray with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and biscuits, juice is provided for children when children are staying. Spare pillows, blankets or hot water bottles are provided in each room. Use of iron, ironing board and hairdryer are available upon request.

A bright, airy attic room on the second floor with shared facilities. The 2 comfortable single beds have 'Forever Friends' to welcome you. This room is suitable for adults or children as there is no restrictions with head height. Though there is not a lot of extra space, the room is equipped with a washbasin.

The dining room at Autumn Leaves has a large bay window making it bright and cheery, and features an inviting fireplace for those extra chilly winter mornings. Set your self up for the day will a delicious home cooked breakfast. Start your day with a choice of cereal and juice, followed by a piping hot full English or vegetarian breakfast, plenty of toast and tea or coffee. Our bacon and sausage are supplied by the award winning Huddlestons Butchers. As much as possible we try and purchase from local suppliers giving you a taste of Cumbria. We will do our best to accommodate any special dietary requirements.

How to find Autumn Leaves Guest House.
By Car
From junction 36 on the M6, take the A591 following the signs for Kendal, then Windermere, drop down into Windermere village and follow the one-way system until you reach a pedestrian crossing.
Turn left immediatley after the pedestrian crossing into Broad Street, Autumn Leaves Guest House is a 100 yards along on your left hand side.
By Train or Coach
Both trains and coaches stop at the top of Windermere, Autumn Leaves is only a 10 minute easy stroll from the bus/train stations, walk down through the village, past the post office until you reach Broad Street on your left, walk up Broad Street for about a 100 yards and Autumn Leaves Guest House is on the left.
