Cancellations

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs GBP 3.50 per day.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for cots. All children under 12 years are charged GBP 12.00 per night and person for extra beds. All children from 12 to 16 years are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

If you have booked either 2 rooms or a stay of at least 2 nights, the lodge will charge your credit card with a 20 % deposit. This is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. In all other cases, payment is due upon arrival at the hotel. Payment can be made in GBP or EUR. Please note that Greenways adds a handling charge of GBP 5 per room per night to any payment made via credit or debit card. The lodge does not accept American Express or Diners credit cards for guarantee or payment. If provided, the reservation will be cancelled. The lodge is also unable to accept any debit cards such as Electron, Switch or Maestro as a guarantee. If these are used, Greenways will take a full advance payment with a GBP 5 card fee. If the payment is not authorised then the reservation will be cancelled. If you want to charge the total cost to the card provided for security, the guest house is only able to do so if they are notified by email before your arrival. Please note that the guest house reserve the right to charge an initial deposit of 20% of the total booking cost. This is non-refundable if cancelled.

You must email the lodge in advance to re-confirm your arrival. In this email you must state your booking number, date of stay, room type, guest name and estimated time of arrival.

Please note that this is not a 24-hour guest house and it can only accept guests between the hours of 16:00 and 23:00. Access cannot be gained outside of these times unless by prior agreement.

Late arrivals after 23:00, can only gain access to the guest house by prior arrangement and this will incur an additional cost of GBP 5 per room. The full room cost is charged in advance, by credit card. Confirmation and instructions will then be sent to you.

Free airport transfer offer is reliable and direct to the airports passenger terminals, available from 05:00 to 10:00 at prearranged 'on' the hour departures. Name, number of seats and time must be reserved and booked directly by email only, and no less than 24 hours from booked arrival date and confirmed by us on return email, our confirmation should be shown on arrival.

The guest house is strictly non-smoking. If there is evidence of your having smoked in the guest house, your credit card will be charged with a GBP 25 cleaning fee.
