Within a Grade II listed building, this family-run hotel offers impressive sea views over the popular North Bay area, just a 10-minute walk from the town centre.
With easy access to the North Bay beach and Peasholm Park, the Leeway Hotel offers a wide range of comfortable accommodation, including sea view and family rooms. Recently refurbished, there is a spacious sea view bar in which guests can relax and unwind with a large selection of drinks available.
Catering for vegetarians and all dietary needs, the staff at the Leeway Hotel pride themselves on excellent customer service and will strive to accommodate any reasonable request. Upon arrival, you will be issued with keys giving you 24-hour access to the hotel.

All rooms include an en suite shower and toilet. The Leeway Hotel offers 2 single sea view rooms, 4 double sea view rooms and 3 large family rooms.
There are bunk beds in the top floor family room, 2 single beds in the middle floor family room and a single bed in the first floor family room. The hotel can also provide a cot where needed.
All rooms have new flat-screen TVs and a hospitality tray. Hair dryers, irons and ironing boards are available on request.

By Car:
- Once in Scarborough, follow signs to the cricket ground.
- You will find yourself on North Marine Road. After the roundabout, take the 2nd right.
- Turn left into Queens Parade.
- The Leeway Hotel is the first hotel on the left.
Parking:
Off-street parking is available at the hotel for up to 6 cars. On-street parking is also available and a 4-night parking permit (allowing you to park anywhere within the G2 zone) can be issued to you on arrival at the hotel (at a small additional cost).
