There are 20-richly appointed individually designed en-suite bedrooms and much of the original character, like the lovely old fireplaces have been retained. All are equipped with private telephone, tea/coffee making facilities, trouser press, hairdryer and satellite tv.

Fines Bayliwick House is one of the oldest country homes in Binfield. The name Bayliwick is an old term which refers to the district within a bailiffs' jurisdiction. The grounds in which the house now stands were part of a walk and hunting area used extensively by James I in the early 17th century when this land was part of Windsor Forest.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Bookings can be made by persons aged 18 years or older. All bookings must be guaranteed or paid for by a credit or debit card.

In the event of a late check-in being required (after 23:00), you must notify the hotel when making the reservation. Fines Bayliwick Hotel has a separate late check-in process.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before 12:00 on the first day of the stay. Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a full charge for the entire booking.

For early departures from a multi-night stay, please notify reception or a duty manager before 24-hours on the day of departure. Full payment will be made at check-in, so refunds will not be given for the remaining nights of the reservation.

If the first night of a multi-night stay on any rate is missed, that night will be charged for, and the rest of the reservation may be cancelled. The room will be re-sold and the whole booking forfeited. No refund will be provided.
