About the hotel
We are a small family-run guest house with a superb location opposite Blackpool Pleasure Beach and a few minutes from Blackpool’s seafront and piers.
All our comfortable rooms are en suite and well equipped. Linen and towels are provided. The rooms are equipped with modern facilities, including the free Wi-Fi access. There is a wide choice on the breakfast menu and a 4-course evening meal is also available, subject to numbers. Special diets can be catered for.
We offer free parking and cater for families and couples only. We will provide you with your own key so you can come and go as you please.
Group bookings or stag and hen parties are not accepted. Please note that we are a non-smoking establishment and we are not licensed.
We are located in the quieter, more select area of Blackpool, and across the road from the famous Blackpool Pleasure Beach.
The South Shore Promenade Seafront is just a few minutes' walk away.

Cancellations
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 33 percent of the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Pets are not allowed.

Deposit
33 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
Children and extra beds
All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Payment by debit or credit card is subject to either a GBP 3 or 3% surcharge (whichever is the greater) by Seaforth Guest House. The price quoted for one night stays is a premium price and the full amount will be charged to your credit card by Seaforth Guest House at the time of booking.
Please note that the Seaforth Guest House only accepts bookings from couples and families. Groups or stag/hen parties cannot be accommodated. Please note that Seaforth Guest House is not a licensed premises.

Family rooms have a double bed and 2 bunks. The room is for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years old). There will be an additional charge if children are over 12 years of age. Please do not bring extra guests who are not mentioned when booking. Seaforth Guest House has the right to refuse accommodation if this occurs.

Restaurants and Bars
A comprehensive full English breakfast is served, complete with fresh fruit, fruit juice, a choice of cereals, toast and preserves. Alternatives are available. Vegetarians and other dietary requirements can be catered for.
Directions
By Car:
- Take junction 32 off the M6 onto the M55 for Blackpool.
- At the island at the end of the M55 turn left, following the signs for Blackpool Airport.
- Go right at the next island, through a few sets of lights following the airport signs.
- You will pass the airport on your left. Eventually you will come to a T-junction at the seafront where you should turn right.
- Drive along the seafront (the sea will be on your left).
- As you approach the Pleasure Beach amusement park, the Starr pub is on the right.
- Turn right before the pub and then left. Turn right again and we are the first property in the road.
- If you approach Blackpool from another direction, find Blackpool Pleasure Beach and we are just to the side of it.
