This is a licensed hotel situated in a quiet location only a few minutes from the bus/coach and railway station and a 5-minute walk from the beach. Directions
By Car:
From Boston (A52):
- Enter the one way system when approaching Skegness town centre.
- Keep on A52 (passing Taylors Garage on right) and follow signs for Mablethorpe (A52).
- Take the 2nd main turning right after rejoining the 2-way road into Scarbrough Avenue.
- Continue straight over the roundabout (St Matthews Church) to Skegness Pier then turn right.
- Continue straight over the clock tower roundabout.
- Take the 1st right turn and proceed straight over the staggered junction into Sandbeck Avenue. The Fountaindale Hotel is on the right-hand side after several hundred yards.
From Lincoln (A158):
- Proceed straight over traffic lights shortly after the football ground.
- Continue to North Parade (promenade) and turn right.
- Continue straight over the clock tower roundabout and continue as above.
