The hotel has seven chalets, each comprising of six to eight apartments ranging from studios to three room appartments. Fireplaces are contained within the 3-room duplexes. The equipment included in each apartment consists of a refrigerator, electric hob, dishwasher, mini oven, tv, bathroom or shower room and bed linen. A Ski store and Private car parking are available for our guests. Parking is also available for coaches.

Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 16:00 hours until 20:00 hours.
• You must check out by 10:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.61 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Deposit

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 75 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Damage deposit:
A damage deposit of EUR 250 must be paid o arrival. This amount will be refunded at the time of check out after room inventory has been checked and if the room has been cleaned.

Additional services:
Bed linen and towels, TV, cleaning service and cleaning kit are all available at an additional cost.
