About the hotel
Residence Hotel Lu Nibareddu is set right on its own private beach near Olbia; a great place to relax on the white sandy beach or swim in the clear waters.
The tourist village is complete with a beach bar for drinks and snacks throughout the summer plus a swimming pool, tennis court and 5-a-side football pitch. There is also a traditional pizzeria restaurant and wind surfing and boat hire on request.
During the summer months Residence Hotel Lu Nibareddu offers a shuttle service to and from the airport.

Important Information
Please note that the hotel is open from March until November.
From the 2nd of August to the 22nd of August there is a minimum stay of 10 days. There is a minimum stay of one night in the hotel and 3 nights in an apartment.
Use of the swimming pool is included in the price and it is open from the 12th of May to the 30th of September.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate, but they are available for rent.
For check-in after 10 pm, the hotel will charge an additional cost of EUR 30.

Directions
By Car:
- From the harbour of Olbia, take the SS 125 towards the airport, then follow the signs for San Teodoro / Siniscola / Nuoro for about 18 km.
- You will then reach the small village of Monte Petrosu, where you have to take the first street on the left.
- After about 500 metres, you will see the resort.
- From Olbia Airport, take the SS 125 at the first junction to the right, and head towards San Teodoro / Siniscola / Nuoro for about 18 km, and then follow the above directions.
Parking:
The car park is located at the hotel and is free of charge.
Transfer service from / to airport / harbour:
