With the city centre of Sheffield a short 20 minutes journey away, where the popular Meadowhall shopping centre for great late night shopping and Centertainment Sheffield offering restaurants, bowling and cinema are found. For all you concert fans, Hallam FM Arena is just off junction 34, a mere 15 minutes away. And for all you sports fans, Don Valley Stadium and The Crucible Theatre are also nearby.

Days Inn Sheffield South has a motorway location found on the M1 between junctions 30 and 31, southbound. The hotel has 38 rooms, including family, disabled and executive rooms. It is pet friendly, as appointed by the AA. The hotel also features a meeting room, which can only be booked directly with hotel. All rooms are en suite, and have BT broadband Wi-Fi (vouchers can be purchased at reception). The 24 hour reception is air conditioned.

Standard family rooms feature a double bed and sofa bed, en suite bathroom with bath and shower. Each have a hairdryer, trouser press, TV, radio, telephone and hot drink condiment stand.
Executive Rooms (double/business) are as above without the sofa bed, but feature a double bed with an extra long workspace area, with modem connection and telephone, fan and mini fridge, iron and ironing board. A complimentary snack and bottle of mineral water is also included.
Disabled rooms have a single and single sofa bed, featuring all the facilities of a standard room as well as a more spacious bathroom with easy access.
All rooms have Wi-Fi broadband. Vouchers can be purchased from reception to access this facility.

Restaurants and Bars
Days Inn Sheffield is located on a Welcome Break Service Area. There are several places to eat on site including high street favourites such as KFC, Burger King and McDonald's. The Site also now features WH Smith, and Welcome Break's own Eat In restaurant and Coffee Primo lounge.
There are also a handful of pubs and restaurants in the local area, one in walking distance, the others a short 5-10 minute travelling distance by car or taxi.
Directions
Days Inn Sheffield South is located on the southbound side of the Welcome Break Service area at Woodall. Entering the service area, follow the Days Inn logo past the site turning left at the Shell petrol station. The free resident car park is in front of the hotel. Travelling from the south, go past the Welcome Break Woodall Service area and exit at junction 31. Continue around the roundabout and rejoin the motorway heading south, exiting at Woodall services.
