• You may check in from 14:00 hours until 00:00 hours.
• You must check out by 10:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled or modified up to 32 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Deposit

A fixed amount of EUR 50 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Deposit:
- Reservations made within 14 days before arrival: Full payment upon arrival + EUR 50 deposit.
- Reservations made between 14-42 days before arrival: Full prepayment by bank transfer required (14 days) + EUR 50 deposit upon arrival.
- Reservations made before 42 days before arrival: 50% prepayment by bank transfer (before 42 days), 50% prepayment by bank transfer (14 days) required, + EUR 50 deposit upon arrival.
